Fee for Juniors: (Through the year they turn 20) $ 8.00
LOCATION: Wendover, Utah.
TENTATIVE ONLY: This match will be held based on weather that will allow both shooting, and sufficiently dry ground to drive to the firing point. There must be at least 4 shooters who have preregistered by the wednesday, 5:00 p.m. before the match. RULES: Current NRA HIGH POWER Rifle Rules will Apply.
ELIGIBILITY: This is a practice match open to any individual.
CLASSIFICATION: Competitors holding an NRA High Power Rifle classification will shoot in their respective classes. All unclassified shooters will shoot in the Master class (Rule 19.2). Assigned Classification (Rule 19.6), or Temporary Classification (Rule 19.2), may be used in making entry in this match.
REGISTRATION: Payment can be made at the range 30 minutes before match time

REGISTRATION DEADLINES: Competitors desiring to shoot in this match NEED to contact Elwood Powell to let him know their intent no later than the wednesday prior to the match. If on that wednesday, there are insufficient shooters preregistered, the match will be canceled. If canceled, those shooters will be notified. Cancellation will also be posted on www.usrpa.org on the calendar in the High Power section.
REGISTRATION LIMITED: Entries will be limited to the first 20 competitors to register.
OPEN BOLT INDICATOR: The use of an open bolt indicator is mandatory (Rule 3.21). They are available for $1.00. from the match director
RIFLE Catagories: All with No Muzzle brake, and .33 caliber or less.

Fullbore Target Rifle: (308 Win cal 156 max bullet weight, or 223 cal with 81 max bullet weight. 14.5 lb weight limit - open sights - No supports)
F Class Target Rifle (F-T/R): Fullbore Target Rifle, Any Sights, Fired from an attached Bipod
F Class Open Rifle (F-O): Any Rifle, Any Sights, Fired from an unattached Rest
Palma Rifle: (308 Win, Open Sights, no supports)
Service Rifle
OTHER RIFLES: Any Safe Rifle, 33 cal or less, without a muzzle brake may be fired with or without supports along with the rest of the competitors, however, they will not be competing with the other shooters.
TARGETS: 1000 yards - LR target, nd 1,000 yard - LR 'F' class target.
TARGET PULLERS: No target pullers will be provided. Each competitor will pull targets unless a suitable substitute is approved by the Match Director. Those competitors who fail to perform their pit duties will be disqualified.
SIGHTING SHOTS: Unlimited sighting shots will be allowed for each fired match. Sighting shots which are allowed for each match must be taken and scored. Sighting shots may be converted for score in consecutive, reverse order that the were fired in, at the discretion of the shooter.
SCORING: Competitors will score for each other. Those competitors who fail to perform their scoring duties may be disqualified.
COURSE OF FIRE;
MATCH 1: Slow Fire Prone. Any Rifle/Open Sights (unlimited sighting shots, 20 shots for record in 30 Minutes).
MATCH 2: Slow Fire Prone. Any Rifle/Open Sights (unlimited sighting shots, 20 shots for record in 30 Minutes).
Note, the relay will be considered complete when all shooters have fired 20 shots per record, even if time remains.
AWARDS: There must be 5 or more entries in a class for an award. Competitors may be combined with the next higher class when there are less than 5 competitors per class. If there are fewer than 5 High-Masters entered, they will fire for overall awards only. The Master class will not be combined with the High-Master class. Awards will be provided for overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd places PROVIDED THERE ARE 10 or MORE SHOOTERS.
The Match Results Bulletin will be posted at http://www.usrpa.org/ and will not be mailed out unless requested.
