NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS AND TRUSTEES

To All Members:
Please be advised that the Annual Meeting of Members and Trustees will be held on January 20, 2010 commencing at 6:30 p.m. in Murray, Utah. (address to be posted when confirmed) The purpose of this meeting will be:

1. To elect individuals to serve as trustees of the Association for a three year term ending in 2012, and continuing thereafter until their successors are duly elected.

2. To elect officers of the Association to server for the 2009 calendar year, and continuing thereafter until their successors are duly elected. Those officers whose terms expire are: Elwood Powell, President; Ralph Schamel, Vice President; and Lance Brown, Treasurer.

3. To discuss goals and objectives for the 2010 calendar year.

4. To review and approve prior minutes.

5. To review and approve the treasurer’s report.

6. To hear reports from the various committees as set forth in the By-laws.

7. To conduct such other business as may come before the meeting.


Your attendance at the meeting is encouraged.

The annual members banquet will be held this year at the Lone Star Steakhouse at 7176 S. 900 E., Midvale, Utah at 6:30 pm on Saturday, January 30, 2010. If you plan on attending, please RSVP with Bud and Darlene Benard at 801-295-2740 by January 20th.
